Convenient Stay with Room for Improvement

Our two-night stay was pleasant. The room, spacious and clean, served us well during our transit. Breakfast featured fresh fruit and great options. the lack of assistance with our bags during check-in and check-out was disappointing. Request help if you have luggage concerns.

Inaccurate location description could mislead guests!!! Room maintenance, especially plumbing, needs urgent attention to avoid frustrating experiences!!!

Room featured a spacious layout, perfect for unwinding after a long flight. The lobby's luxurious feel, complete with stylish décor, creates an inviting atmosphere.

While the bathroom offered necessary amenities, several lights were out, making it frustrating when you just want to freshen up. The Hotel Hoppa service to T5 can be a real hassle. it runs every half hour, leading to lengthy waits if your flight doesn't sync up. I also faced an awkward dining experience with meals served too quickly, which added pressure to enjoy them. Morning cleaning staff attempting to enter my room before breakfast compounded that unease. it felt rushed and disjointed at times.

Couldn't recommend more for a concise stay

Clean room, spacious bathroom, featuring modern amenities such as flat-screen TV and air conditioning, made for a comfortable night's sleep as well as efficient breakfast service that met all my needs before starting the day, with easy access to public transportation via the Heathrow Hoppa bus service that operates frequently.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The spa was amazing and the Executive Lounge access was a treat!

Dinner portions were large, but my room was cleaned too early.

This hotel suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and the helpful staff. I still remember how they guided me regarding currency tips on my first stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing weekend!

Convenient but not quite at the airport

Had a solid stay. The room was nice, but the bus from T5 took longer than expected. Breakfast was quite good, especially the berries! It was odd that room service was limited, so we ordered in. good vibes with friendly staff, but if you're in a hurry, plan your transport well.

I had an unforgettable stay with stunning spa facilities that completely melted my stress away! The breakfast spread was a dream, with a variety of delicious options including fresh pastries and healthy choices. Plus, being able to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep in a spacious King Room was the cherry on top!

The Twin Room was spacious and super comfy. The bedding felt premium, and the bathroom was fine too. It was also nice and clean. The only downside was a bit of noise from outside, but it wasn’t too distracting. I enjoyed the comfort.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed exploring the nearby Ascot Racecourse and took a day trip to the Guards Polo Club. The rooms were comfortable and the spa was a highlight. Be sure to check breakfast timings to avoid extra charges! Definitely recommend it for a fun getaway!

One downside was the lengthy check-in process. We experienced some delays, which was frustrating, especially when we were in a hurry to get to our event.

Couple's Stay if You're Tired of the Ordinary

The service at the bar was impeccable. I watched the staff move like they were in some sort of dance while serving drinks and meals the food was delicious too just perfect after a long day

It wasn't inexpensive but worth the quality of the experience
